PHEAA STATE GRANT

This program is only available for Pennsylvania residents attending the Pittsburgh campus.  PHEAA will provide financial assistance in the form of a grant to undergraduate students enrolled at least half time in a degree seeking program. The completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required.  In addition to the FAFSA, a student must complete the state grant application which is available at www.pheaa.org.  Awards are based on financial need.

 

 Please Note

*The Pennsylvania state deadline for completing the FAFSA is August 1st for new students, and May 1st for current students who are renewing their state grants.

    PIA took me from my high school days of just "getting by" and passing the time until school was over, to preparing for an industry where school never ends. I recieved my A&P license in 1981, and went to work for Allegheny Commuter in Youngstown, OH, then Parkersburg, WV. Five years later I moved to Minneapolis, MN, to work for Northwest in the wheels and brakes shop. After finding out the real meaning of winter, I returned to the 'Burgh and USAir as it was called. I spent 18 years...
