Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to qualified students attending PIA School of Specialized Technology through various scholarship programs.
- PIA Memorial Fund - Maximum of five awards annually, awarded to students enrolled for classes at PIA in a degree program. Funded by PIA Memorial Scholarship Fund.
- William J. Graham Memorial Fund - One annual award of up to $8,000.00, awarded to a student currently enrolled in an aviation-oriented degree program (AMT or AET) at PIA. Minimum requirements: 3.5 GPA, good attendance, 200-word essay. Funded by PIA
- Ronald Benaquisto, Jr., Memorial Scholarship -- One annual award of $2,000.00 paid tuition, awarded to a student currently enrolled in an associate degree program at PIA. Minimum requirements: 3.0 GPA. Funded by the Benaquisto family.
- Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) -- Four awards of $7,625 each, distributed to women enrolling in an aviation-oriented degree program (AMT or AET) at PIA. Minimum requirements: 200+ word essay, letter of recommendation. 2010 AWAM Scholarship Winners
- Minority Aviation Education Association (MAEA) - One annual award: full tuition for one year, awarded to minority member enrolling in a degree program. Minimum requirements: 2.75 high school GPA, need for funding. Renewed during second year of attendance, if recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA while at PIA. Funded by MAEA and PIA.
- Aviation Council of Pennsylvania (ACP) -- One annual award of $2,000.00 for student currently enrolled in an aviation-related program. Minimum requirements: 2.75 GPA, need for funding. Funded by ACP.
- Professional Aviation Maintenance Foundation (PAMF) - Several annual awards (varies in quantity) ranging from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 for students enrolled in aviation-related programs. Competition is at the national level. Funded by PAMA.

- National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Annual Scholarships
- Various other individual scholarship programs
