Official Transcripts and Replacement Diplomas

The official Transcript Request Form must be completed and signed.

This form can be faxed (412.466.0513), mailed in (PO Box 10897, Pittsburgh, PA 15236), or hand-delivered (5 Allegheny County Airport, West Mifflin, PA 15122). Current rates for official transcripts and diplomas can be found on the form.

All transcript packages will include the official document(s) requested and a copy of corresponding course descriptions.

 

Education Verifications

All education verifications must send a signed release form via fax to 412.466.0513. No phone calls will be accepted.

    PIA took me from my high school days of just "getting by" and passing the time until school was over, to preparing for an industry where school never ends. I recieved my A&P license in 1981, and went to work for Allegheny Commuter in Youngstown, OH, then Parkersburg, WV. Five years later I moved to Minneapolis, MN, to work for Northwest in the wheels and brakes shop. After finding out the real meaning of winter, I returned to the 'Burgh and USAir as it was called. I spent 18 years...
