Aviation Expo Scholarships Awarded

Congratulations to Lars Edward Davis, 4th semester student at the PIA Hagerstown Campus, and Helen Riordan, a Senior at Broad Run High School! Each were awarded a $1,000 scholarship during the 2017 Aviation Education & Career Expo at Projet Aviation to go towards their education at PIA.

Flying History Visits Youngstown Campus

A B-17, “Flying Fortess” bomber known as “Aluminum Overcast” landed at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport over the weekend. Visiting the restored bomber, students from the Youngstown campus toured the aircraft and volunteered their time to care for the plane. One student worked so hard, he was given a free flight.
