Aviation maintenance technicians (AMTs) work on turbine engines, metallic structures, composite materials, and other systems that ensure the safety of millions of passengers each year. Aviation electronic technicians (AET), also known as avionics technicians, diagnose, repair, and maintain the systems designed to keep a plane flying safely and accurately.
