Hagerstown AMC Team Excited to have Participated
Hagerstown students receive recognition for participating in 2017’s Aerospace Maintenance Competition in Orlando, FL. AMC Officials commented the following in their letter:
“On behalf of the Aerospace Maintenance Council we wish to extend our sincerest gratitude for participating in the Aerospace Maintenance Competition at the Orlando Convention Center held April 25 -27th, 2017.
Your participation as a student representing Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics will help set an example for future AMC competitors who enter this exciting competition. The knowledge and professionalism that you displayed is a credit to yourself, PIA and the profession Charles E. Taylor created over 100 years ago.
Because of the knowledge, skill and integrity that you displayed the Aerospace Maintenance Competition is becoming the industry’s premier showcase where today’s student, AMTs and AMEs come to compete against the best of the best. It was our honor to have met you and we wish you a very bright career in the aircraft maintenance craft & profession. I know that Charles E. Taylor would be proud of you, as the Aerospace Maintenance Council is!”
One last thanks to Allegiant Air, Danielle Leonard at State Farm, Avotek, Labers, Long Meadows Rotary, Impact Office Supplies, and Sweet Dreams Deli for their sponsorship of the Hagerstown AMC Team. #AMC
