mikeroweWORKS Foundation Now Accepting Applications

The 2021 Work Ethic Scholarship Program is now accepting applications from post-secondary students focused on the trades.  Last year, PIA students Braden Brunson (Pittsburgh) and Shane Miley (Hagerstown) were awarded scholarships from the nationwide program.

The Work Ethic Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have a strong work ethic, understand personal responsibility, have a positive attitude, and are learning a skill that is in demand.

 

To be considered for the scholarship, students must:

-Sign the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge

-Answer questions about the Pledge

-Make a video

-Provide two references from an instructor or employer

-Verify costs of your school

-Provide high school or college transcripts

-Provide your most recent 1040 tax forms

-Be enrolled in an approved program

Applications for the scholarship must be submitted by Thursday, May 6, 2021.
