PIA would like to congratulate David Lutz of PIA Pittsburgh for his receipt of the 2019 United Airlines Aviation Maintenance Training Scholarship. The scholarship award is able to be used towards tuition, books, and other school-related expenses. Lutz is currently enrolled in his 3rd quarter of the AMT program.
Congratulations to Abbagail Coates, of PIA Pittsburgh, for her recent award from the Northrop Rice Foundation. Coates received one of five 2019 Avionics Book Sets by Avotek. A total of 19 students applied to receive the award. One of the other awards was received by a PIA Hagerstown student.
