PIA Hagerstown Gives Back With Toys-for-Tots
PIA Hagerstown collected and donated a Santa’s Sack worth of toys to the Hagerstown Marine Corps Toys-for-Tots foundation.
Students, faculty, and staff came together to support their community by donating new, unwrapped toys to benefit local children in Washington County, Maryland. Roughly 40 toys were donated to support those in need. Campus Director Butch Adams expressed his pride in the campus for supporting the organization, saying, “This is our first year participating in the drive, and we hope to continue this tradition next year. We are always happy to be able to contribute to the community in any way we can.”
Military veterans Jay Koch, of the U.S. Airforce, and Colleen Foley, of the U.S. Marine Corps, visited the campus on behalf of Toys-for-Tots to collect donations.
Thank you to all those who participated in Hagerstown’s first Toys-for-Tots drive!
