A PIA Partner is an employer who has a formalized partnership agreement with PIA. Agreements may include enhanced marketing opportunities, additional touchpoints with students, and/or other collaborations as outlined within the individual agreements. There is no exchange of money within these agreements.

Students benefit greatly from partnership agreements in many ways, including but not limited to:

• Mentorship from employer representatives
• Direct access to employer recruitment pipelines
• Education assistance in the form of scholarships and tools

PIA partnerships encourage students to do their best in training, as each partnership agreement holds established eligibility criteria, some of which may include grade point average and attendance requirements.

While PIA has longstanding relationships with each of these employers, in recent years, these companies have leveled up their support of the student experience and their recruitment pipelines through formalized partnership agreements and pathway programs.
